Cosmetic grading is written down, not argued about. Minor scuffs inside the tolerance band are accepted; anything that would make a customer put the unit back on the shelf is rejected. Your staff should never have to explain a finish defect to a paying customer.

Seasonality in vape cartridges is real but smaller than most buyers assume. The bigger swing comes from restocking discipline, not from calendar events.
Shelf position decides velocity as much as price. Keep vape cartridges at eye level, one facing per SKU, and rotate the trial line every quarter so the display keeps earning attention.

Price breaks and payment terms
We publish a realistic band of 1.93 to 5.97 per unit for standard configurations at 500 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Unit price breaks usually land at 500, 1000 and 2000 pieces. Between those steps the cost curve flattens, which is why pushing a 200 unit order to 500 often costs less per unit than buyers expect.
