Artwork approval is a two stage process: a digital proof for text and layout, then a physical dummy for colour and finish. Skipping the dummy is the single most common cause of a reprint.
Where the margin really sits
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For convenience store chains the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.
We publish a realistic band of 1.90 to 5.71 per unit for standard configurations at 120 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
After-sales, replacements and reorders
For private label accounts we hold the artwork files and the approval record. Rebranding a line eighteen months later is then a file update instead of a redesign.
Technical questions usually arrive at the worst possible moment, which is why we answer them on WhatsApp as well as email. A photo and a two line message resolves most issues faster than a ticket.
