What happens when something goes wrong
Reorders are the real test of a supplier. If the second shipment does not match the first, the relationship is over regardless of price, so we treat the reorder as the actual deliverable.
Technical questions usually arrive at the worst possible moment, which is why we answer them on WhatsApp as well as email. A photo and a two line message resolves most issues faster than a ticket.
Unit price versus landed cost
The cheapest way to lower your cost per unit is usually to remove a SKU, not to negotiate a discount. Fewer lines means larger runs, fewer changeovers and a better price at the same quality.
Unit price breaks usually land at 100, 300 and 600 pieces. Between those steps the cost curve flattens, which is why pushing a 200 unit order to 500 often costs less per unit than buyers expect.

Building an assortment that actually turns
We keep a short list of approved configurations for vape cartridges. Anything outside that list is possible, but it becomes a custom run with a custom lead time, and we quote it as such rather than pretending everything is standard.
Most convenience store chains arrive with a spreadsheet and leave with too many SKUs. The fix is not a bigger catalogue, it is a narrower core. The specification is held on file against your account, so a reorder is a reference rather than a new brief. We recommend a standing schedule with a fixed weekly cut-off so stock lands before the shelf empties.
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
