Getting the documents right

If you are comparing three quotes for vape cartridge, compare the paperwork first. Test reports, artwork files, batch coding and the replacement clause tell you more about a supplier than the unit price on page one.

Labels are where good orders go wrong. Nicotine warnings, child-resistant closures, batch coding and market-specific text all have to be correct before the pallet leaves. What a sensible opening order looks like

Factory capacity matters more than factory size. A line that can hold a tolerance across 5,000 units is worth more than a showroom that can produce 50,000 on paper. We qualify capacity by running a repeat order and measuring the drift.

A practical starting order for convenience store chains is 50 units across two or three SKUs, not 50 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
