Assortment planning without the guesswork

Reading a quotation properly
We publish a realistic band of 1.83 to 5.47 per unit for standard configurations at 300 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
The cheapest way to lower your cost per unit is usually to remove a SKU, not to negotiate a discount. Fewer lines means larger runs, fewer changeovers and a better price at the same quality.
Merchandising a small range well
Bundle a device with a consumable and the reorder rhythm changes from occasional to weekly. That single merchandising decision often does more for monthly revenue than a price promotion.
Shelf position decides velocity as much as price. Keep vape cartridges at eye level, one facing per SKU, and rotate the trial line every quarter so the display keeps earning attention.
