Where defects actually come from

Shelf position decides velocity as much as price. Keep vape cartridges at eye level, one facing per SKU, and rotate the trial line every quarter so the display keeps earning attention.
Staff knowledge converts better than any poster. If your team can explain the difference between two coils in one sentence, the step-up SKU sells itself.
Price breaks and payment terms
We publish a realistic band of 1.84 to 6.03 per unit for standard configurations at 500 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
The cheapest way to lower your cost per unit is usually to remove a SKU, not to negotiate a discount. Fewer lines means larger runs, fewer changeovers and a better price at the same quality.

What a sensible opening order looks like
