For repeat buyers we hold a shipping schedule rather than shipping on request. A fixed weekly cut-off means your reorder lands before the shelf empties instead of after.
Where the margin really sits
We publish a realistic band of 1.84 to 5.81 per unit for standard configurations at 200 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For convenience store chains the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.

Where defects actually come from

Battery safety is not a marketing line. Cells are matched by capacity and internal resistance before assembly, charging boards are checked for cut-off voltage, and any unit that fails the cut-off test never reaches packing.
